How do I determine what size my dog is?
The item I want is out of stock, can I be notified when it comes back?
Yes! If you love our accessories as much as we do, we can understand why you wouldn’t want to miss out on a possible restock. To be notified of any restocks, simply send us an email to let us know which product and size you are interested in at hello@bisouspets.com or via the CONTACT US page. This will also help our team to gauge whether or not to restock the style so we would love you to let us know!
How should I care for my harness and leash?
Our products have been personally tested by our doggos to be long wearing, but we understand with all that fur and doggy play dates in the park, your Bisous set will need a clean every now and then. We recommend to hand wash in cold, soapy water or machine wash in a Bisous Laundry Bag on a cold, delicate cycle. You can also use a lint roller for any fur that gets caught inside the inner mesh padding.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

What payment methods to you accept?
We accept payments made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), PayPal or Afterpay.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a third party payment option that enables you to purchase items now and pay for them later, through four equal and interest free instalments.

What if my discount code won’t apply to my order?
Discount codes are limited to one per purchase and cannot be combined.
If you are having issues with your discount code applying at checkout, please contact us at hello@bisouspets.com before placing your order and we will assist you. Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied after the sale has gone through. If you forget to apply the discount code or the code does not apply due to an error then price adjustments, refunds or credits will not be issued.
What currency will I be charged in?
All payments are made through Australian Dollars (AUD). Any currency conversion will be handled by your financial institution. Please contact your financial institution with any further questions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, as we endeavour to pack and post orders daily, we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
Ordered the wrong size? Harness colour doesn’t match your fur tone?
We understand that sometimes you just have to return something. Please check out our Returns page for more information.
I received a damaged or incorrect item, what do I do?
We are very sorry if you receive any faulty, damaged or incorrect items with your order as we strive for excellence in quality and customer service. With that said, we understand that nobody is perfect and mishaps can happen. If your item(s) are damaged or defective in any way when you first receive them, please refer to our Warranty Policy for more information on our 12 month warranty on all products.
If you have received any incorrect items or are missing items with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bisouspets.com and we will arrange a suitable remedy. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team.
