Enjoy our 12 month warranty from the date of purchase for items that arrive damaged or arrive faulty, or do not operate as normal or expected to. Under Australian Consumer Law, Bisous will repair, replace or refund (wholly or partially) items that are damaged or faulty. Please note that proof of purchase is required, and warranty is void if the product has been misused, or incorrectly cleaned/cared for, or chewed on/destroyed.
To make a claim under the 12 month warranty, you must notify Bisous in writing, provide proof of purchase and sufficient photographic evident of fault to enable us to identify the issue. We may request that you return the products to us for an in-house assessment or request further information. Please endeavour to contact us advising of your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving your products that arrived damaged or faulty.
